Job Title – Process Specialist – IBQ

The Purpose of This Role
To determine rightful beneficiaries and their respective benefits across products like (DB, DC, & H&W) for US retirement plans and health benefits.
The Value You Deliver
- Process benefits across various products (DC/DB/HW/CESG).
- Ensure accurate processing of allocated work with 100% efficiency
- Interact and coordinate with different groups within Fidelity via email to ensure the SLA timeframes are met.
- Work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Willing to work in US shift timings

How Your Work Impacts the Organization
The Integrated Beneficiary Qualification (IBQ) team is responsible for qualifying beneficiaries and determining whether a distributable benefit available, when notified of the death of a recordkeeping client’s current or former employee. The IBQ team utilizes a variety of Fidelity systems (FPRS, DBCS, HOBS, Xtrac, Omnipay, Sparks (stock plan services), etc.) to ensure that survivor benefits are processed accurately — within expected turnaround time. The team interacts and coordinates with different groups within Fidelity as well as external vendors to process the cases.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics, Finance or Business) or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a research and resolution process
- Experience in Pension or Insurance/Underwriting Services or related financial process experience preferred
Location : Bangalore – EGL
Shift timings: Mid-day and Night shift
