This role will be responsible for design, build, test and support automation projects using Blue Prism tool. Following are the additional responsibilities –

5 to 7 years of experience in RPA Development using Blue Prism, UiPath and Machine Learning
Have sound understanding of Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated
Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail in (PDD). Converting requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents (SDD)
Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using Blue Prism
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services.
Development experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO.
Knowledge of OCR Technology, Blue Prism developer or professional certification is added advantage.

Good at art of questioning and critical thinking
Aptitude to learn tools/apps/processes/domains
Ability to articulate thoughts spoken/written with global teams
Ability to manage own work and guide other team members
Highlight risks and issues

 

Delivery Capability

Interact with Business to understand business requirement and prototype it to conceptual model with screen spying and APIs.
Demonstrate the working concept and solicit feedback.
Design, development, test and support using Blue Prism
Integrate Blue Prism with external systems for seamless flow of data
Fix defects during various test phases
Provide post implementation technical support in Blue Prism
Provide effort estimation for various tasks
Coordination with offshore teams and delegation of work
Resolve technical issues faced by the team
Displays ability to reach decisions under conditions of uncertainty or high risk

 

Candidate Profile

Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Proficient Robotics/Workflow/Machine Learning automation technologies.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Should have worked on one or more Blue Prism implementation projects
Hands-on experience on design, development and test using Blue Prism
Able to create clear design documents from business requirements
Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressured environment with changing priorities
Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours
Good team player and self-motivated
Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
High attention to detail and quality of work
Knowledge transfer to support team and help in creation of training documents
Should have worked in Blue Prism infrastructure with basic understanding of the product and its respective infrastructure.
