Our Exciting opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to support our people function team with a strong foundation to base decision-making processes. In this role, you will be focusing on providing reporting/ analytics solutions and automation to help make data-driven decisions based on the employee-related data and provide help to stakeholders for optimizing People management decision.

You Will

• Develop, test, document, and implement high quality reports on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents
• Interact with peers within Ericsson People function team
• Design, modify, create and implement reporting solutions
• Develop and drive process automation using in-house tools VBA, SQL, PowerApps, Python, SSIS
• Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
• Perform daily work/tasks with minimal instructions and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments
• Consistently need to seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
• Constantly lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders
   

To be successful in the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in computers, electronics or similar
• Strong data gathering and reporting skills
• Experience in automation using complex VBA / MS Access / SQL Queries
• Experience on Power Apps and Power Automate will added advantage
• Strong and demonstrated analytical, data interpretation skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently at times and closely with senior stake holders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
